Bookings are from FRIDAY – FRIDAY. Short breaks are also available but may be limited in main season - just ask.

Minimum Stay TWO nights. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Usually, check in is from 3.30 pm, check out by 10.30 am. but

please contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.

Prices include:

Electricity, gas and water

All bed linen (excluding towels)

Welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk

Kitchen linen: tea towels, oven gloves, towel

Kitchen essentials: washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc

Wi-fi available

Complimentary basket of logs in winter months

A deposit of £25% is required when the booking is made, with the full balance being payable no later than 30 days before the

holiday start date. In addition, owing to some unfortunate experiences, we require an excess cleaning/damage deposit of £50

which will be refunded after your holiday provided all has been left in good order.
